Turner Layton
Turner Layton (July 2, 1894 – February 6, 1978), born John Turner Layton, Jr., was an American singer, songwriter and pianist. He frequently worked with Henry Creamer. Together with Clarence Johnstone, Layton was part of a double act, Layton & Johnstone, who were popular in Britain during the 1920s and 1930s.
