Roulade
A roulade () is a dish of filled rolled meat or pastry. A roulade can be savory or sweet: a Swiss roll exemplifies a sweet roulade. Various European cuisines produce roulades. The English name "roulade" originates from the French word rouler, meaning "to roll".
